        Archer truly exceeded all my expectations. The level of service and overall experience was exceptional. As a loyal Hilton customer, I was pleasantly surprised by the outstanding qualities this hotel had to offer. From the elegant lobby to the luxurious leather walls in the elevator, every detail was carefully thought out. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms were pristine, and the complimentary slippers were a nice touch. The Sky and Vine Bar provided breathtaking views of the Napa mountains, along with delicious drinks. The food at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse was simply delightful. I am now eager to explore other Archer hotels in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia.

        The Archer Hotel is, in my opinion, the #1 hotel in downtown Napa. We stayed there in late February/early March 2020 and had the best time before everything shut down. Aside from the accommodations and unbeatable location right in downtown Napa, the concierge service is what set this hotel apart for us. Lisa Ross curated the perfect itinerary for us and even assisted us in shipping bottles of wine back home. The reason I'm writing this now is we recently planned a trip to wine country with family in late May and were looking for a place to stay/recommendations of things to do. The Archer Hotel was already fully booked due to the BottleRock festival, but I reached out to the concierge anyway to see if they could provide any recommendations. Lisa not only replied that day, but she leveraged her relationships outside of the hotel to provide us options of places to stay. When I told her we decided on Sonoma this time around, she sent over an extensive list of wineries and restaurants in the area and offered to help any way she could. Lisa is an absolute rock star and one of the reasons I'll always stay at the Archer Hotel whenever I go to Napa in the future. I couldn't recommend this hotel and Lisa enough.
