Napa Valley Hotel and Suites

We had a fantastic experience at Napa Valley Hotel & Suites, thanks in large part to the bright and fun Manager Gary. He went out of his way to recommend things to do in Napa and nearby areas, making our stay even more enjoyable. Not only that, but he also reached out to let me know I had left my computer cord behind in the room, and promptly returned it to me by mail. The room itself was super clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was also great, making it convenient to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the excellent service provided by Manager Gary!

Super mid-Napa location, but motel (not hotel) itself is old and dated, with small rooms and a tiny, caged pool. You dont get a second chance to make a first impression, and this was our front door. Bathroom was old, with broken tiles, dirty grout and yucky caulking. Free parking, though!

Great location! The room was very outdated, which felt not so clean. I'm not a fan of rugs in hotels. The location is great! Free but limited, tight, parking. Simple. Updates are needed. Soft bed.
