        If you're looking for an insurance company that is honest, hard working, attentive and looking out for your best interest, this is a good one! Jamie and Kevin are great and I highly recommend them. I've been in the real estate business for years and I can tell you they don't miss a thing!

        Jamie and her entire team at Compass are the very best!!!! I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Compass for the past 8years. Jamie has been such an asset to my family and I here in Napa. Jamie goes above and beyond for her clients and I truly feel so lucky to have her looking out for all our insurance needs and otherwise. She always reminds me when payment is due which is so so helpful because I ALWAYS forget! When you become a client they treat you like family and go the extra mile everytime. If you are looking for an insurance agent in the Napa area, look no further! AMAZING!!!!!! So wonderful!!!!

      Compass of California Insurance Services

      After working for a couple of large companies, he decided to strike out on his own and started Kevin Miller Insurance Services in 2001. After one year and lots of hard work, he was able to take over an existing practice, renaming it Compass of California Insurance Services in 2002. Eventually his wife and business partner, Jamie Miller, joined the practice (over a decade ago) and the two perfected the concierge-style services of the brokerage. Working for the client, not the insurance company, allows Kevin and Jamie the freedom to find the perfect coverage for their insureds.

      This person is not a client, nor was seeking our services. She was parked in one of the four parking spaces we have for clients, using the services of the business next door, who had all spaces open. I went outside to leave a note on the windshield asking her to park elsewhere next time and she rolled down her windows and started yelling at me. She was very confrontational, while I did nothing but ask her to park where indicated for the business she was visiting. I can corroborate this with the business next door. I will seek to have this review removed, in addition to possible legal remedy, as it is an absolute example of libel and defamation.
