Napa Dentist Deirdre Burke DDS

Doctor Burke has cared for my teeth for close to thirty years. She is meticulous, thorough, and careful, and her work stands the test of time. I have never experienced any pain during any procedure she has ever done. Her team at her new dental office in Napa is extraordinarily skilled, from Pam, her hygienist, who is expert beyond compare, to Cheryl at the front desk who is fantastically organized, efficient, and reassuring. I cannot recommend Dr Burke and her team highly enough. You will never need another dentist.

Website clearly states (several times) that the establishment offers FREE consultations. Yet, the exact quote I was given when I went there was "that's not how we do things here" and I was charged $440 for basic cleaning and this "free consultation," which was really accrued by x-rays and a hogwash "comprehensive exam" fee. They probably should let patients know BEFOREHAND that there's a charge PER x-ray taken in a FREE consultation and that x-rays are even needed in the FIRST PLACE. There was NOTHING free about the consultation: it's the first free consultation I've ever paid for in my life! I'm surprised I wasn't charged for stepping INTO the building. Needless to say, I only gave 1 star extra because I managed to get some money back after pointing out the injustice and gross attempt of taking advantage, and for just flat out LYING (about the free consultation). BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND ITS QUESTIONABLE PRACTICES.

Very happy to have Dr. Burke as my dentist! I have my teeth cleaned here every 6 months and I am always impressed the professionalism of her and the staff. A few weeks ago I asked about invisalign and Dr. Burke spent a long time explaining the benifits and process. I had them installed today and it could not have been an easier process! I highly recommend her dental practice to anyone! Thank you Dr. Burke and your wonderful team!
