        When we initially made the appt online no one realized that they didn't have the tires we needed. They were so kind, ordered them for the next day arrival. The woman at the front even gave me her personal cell phone for a Sunday pickup. So kind and thoughtful

        This was the worst experience at a mechanic I've ever had. First they had the car for days and when it was "finished" we get there and it was not, in fact, finished. They close the whole place down for lunch, 2 hours, but didn't notify us or have it posted. We show up and they haven't even changed the tires yet. We waited 2 hours for a car that was supposed to be done at 11am. And that doesn't even cover the disrespect.
