Yair Reyes: Allstate Insurance

Had all the documents ready at a different Allstate branch. All that we needed to do was bring the car over and sign on the dotted line. This branch is closer home, and we were curious about their quote, if it was any different. So we went here first. By the second question, we were turned away after receiving a: "For Allstate car insurance, it requires drivers to have at least 3 years of driving experience." No, it doesn't. Liar. Was able to get everything done smoothly at another Allstate branch shortly after.

I spoke today with Yahir Reyes! And he was not giving me the best customer service he had a bad actitud with me,,, because I was asking him about why they prices on my two pliza when extremely up in price. I dont recommend this agent! Going to look for a diferente Agent for my pliza.

Horrible communication! They put a fair price together. After a 3 year old accident fell off of my record, the agent said there would be a reduction in the rate. After a month or so, I contacted the agent to ask why the reduction had not happened yet. The agent said he would look into it and call me back the next day. No call came. I waited a week and called back. He said he would look into it and call me back. Again, no call back. It has been over a month. I have given up. Then they sent the renewal last week. I am reviewing and trying to decide if I will renew with the company. If they can't call me back when they promise to, then they don't value me as a customer.
