On the 22nd of the month, we're told that the online payment system will be replaced and July payments need to be made physically (since online payment is just a "convenience"). This could have been done after July 4th, when all payments should have been collected and residents would have had almost a month to set up payment in the new system, but they chose to provide 6 business days notice and state that there won't be exceptions for late payments. Unfortunately, getting a physical check may take some time if it has to be mailed because your bank doesn't have physical locations and they won't accept personal checks.
Additionally, they sent links for the new portal on 6/30, and the new portal requires 2-3 business days for trial deposit verification, meaning rent payment can't be made in time since 7/1 and 7/2 are weekend days.

Most apartments are newly renovated but pls look elsewhere instead of coming here. I am not one to leave bad reviews but overall my experience was so bad that I dont want anyone else to go through this.
Dont plan on getting your deposit back as youll be told it has been mailed out several times with no ETA. I moved out in Jan and now its May and still havent gotten my deposit back. Claudia is super aggressive and she will then tell you she isnt the account department so not her problem. She will then give you the number to her boss Joshua, who will also not help in anyway.
So all in all stay away, new place but bad management.

I am currently staying in the Dyln Apartment Newark ca 94560 and would like to share a few things with you. The local manager's office is mostly closed and calls are not timely answered or not answered
There are garbage bags right in front of my door, right in front of the stairs and in the driveway.some of the garbage bags smell very very bad because of baby diapers and meet blood etc and drops of blood are still visible on the floor. I have kept the pictures as evidence Apart from this, many people living in these apartments do not pay the garbage water and sewage bill because of their old contract but the new movers who are coming have to pay all this. But the mechanism that Managemat uses to Divide the garbage , water, and sewage bill is not transparent because you are not told exactly how much the total bill was and how many people it was divided to. I have called management many times but no answer is being given to me. I am paying three thousand dollar monthly rent, but I and my child have to go through garbage. We can't keep our apartment door open even for a minute because flies come in.
