Poor quality on customer service, the guys talking in meeting room and customer waiting. Long time to give me and answer. Maintenance service expensive, crazy prices, just to diagnostic labor $240. Change one bulb $80.

Updated review: this is a review of their service department. Their service overall was very good. However there was one issue I pointed out to them they didn't address. It took me a while to get them to fix it but once it was fixed it worked great. And they got it fixed quickly.

We a were very pleased with the sales experience we received at Winn VW. We were in the hunt for a car for our daughter for her 16th birthday and looked any many cars and spoke with the same amount of sales people. Out journey took a couple of weeks to decide and Nate was patient with us and we never felt any pressure from him. One of my least favorite things to do in life is to go through the process of purchasing a vehicle, but Nate made it an enjoyable experience. He was personable, kind and most importantly, low pressure. I would recommend friends to Winn and to Nate especially. My daughter was beyond thrilled with her 2024 Taos! Thanks again.
