We were upsold to do deep cleaning on our carpet and sofas. The two chairs they were able to steam clean. The sofas and chairs were fine but the carpet cleaning was awful. We called for the technician to come again, which he did. However, the carpets still look dirty. We had called this company because of all the great reviews, but unfortunately we had a bad experience. If they weren't able to clean the carpets thoroughly, they should have stated that from the beginning. The picture below is the end result. Also, they've added fake profiles and reviews. Look at the people giving reviews. They've given the same reviews to the same carpet cleaning companies. Don't believe the reviews on here. Check out their profiles to verify if they're real.

Meticulously cleaned carpet!! It went very well and the carpet came out very clean and all the spots were removed.. They were very good.. They were professional, they did the job, and there were no problems.. Their price was very good..
