I'm giving 2 stars because the food was okay. As I walk in, I noticed a staff member laying down on the bench to my immediate right when you enter (the bench that people sit on when waiting for their order), and was talking to the cashier very loudly. I couldn't hear the cashier too well when they took my order because their music in the back was too loud. I get that it's slow but a certain amount of professionalism is still expected.
