Thornton Dental Newark

I've been seeing Dr. Helen Vergara ever since I was a child and haven't been to any other dentist since (always lining up my appointments with holidays and summer). She's personable and great at what she does. I had a tooth that was sensitive and bothering me for months, and she would always take the least invasive approaches to remedy it. And when that accidentally broke my retainers, her team was extremely understanding and helpful with getting me new retainers without extra charge. I live in Alameda but still make the effort to see her twice a year because she's worth it.

I've always been so nervous going to the dentist, TILL I CAME HERE. Thornton dental in Newark has such an amazing team of highly train, empathetic people, from the front desk to the doctor, I've never felt so comfortable. They're friendly and always professional. The office is spotless, clean and equipment seems brand new. I've gone to very many dentists, but this is the only place where I feel like my smile is changing. My teeth are feeling healthier and cleaner. I can say so many good things about this place but most of all, they're helping me feel more confident about my smile!

I have been going to Thornton Dental for many years. They have 2 offices, one in Fremont and one in Newark.  All the staff and dentists are caring people. They are honest and up front about what needs to be done.  I highly recommend both of their locations.

Very happy that Dr. Helen Vergara is now with Thornton Dental.  She is the only dentist that I am comfortable and confident to take care of my dental needs.  I call her Magic Hands as she gentle and always strives to have a painless session be it normal or deep cleaning.  She also treats her patients like family and highly recommend her for all your cosmetic dental needs.Support staff provide great service, from appt. reminders to listening to your needs.
