We have been going to Sunnysmile dental for years. Dr. Scott and team are the best. We had braces treatment for our daughters and end result is great. My husband was treated for a more major problem and had surgery done. Front office has always been accommodating for every request.

I have not been treated by Dr. Scott Nguyen yet but I got the opportunity to speak to James, James  was very helpful explaining to me the type of services that they provide, he was very patience and took the time to talk to me and I really appreciated that.  The only draw back that I noticed is that when I call the office there was never a live person to answer the call, instead always a recording asking me to leave a message. I understand that they maybe busy to pick up the phone but this is kind of a turn-off for me. Dr. Scott Nguyen has some good reviews for his work so I will give them a chance and will make a consultation appointment.

Quite unprofessional. I have been going here for years, and never had an issue. Recently, went for a general cleaning and supposedly my insurance does not cover for services. Instead on informing me prior to my apt, they let me go ahead and pay the full cash price! Not only that, the receptionist didn't acknowledge me for over 40 minutes upon arriving. "Oops they didn't check you in." Highly do not recommend this Dentist.

I have been going to doctor nguyen for a very long time. Very good dentist! James is also a good guy that provided very good service.
