I went to get car insurance and thought it would be good to meet someone in person and local to give my business to, bad idea. Door locked so did as requested and rang bell (video doorbell) so knew someone was watching since it was during posted hours but no answer, called and left message. Old cranky lady looked like I woke her and came out asking what we wanted. Needless to say her rude, messy, attitude did not get my business but she didn't want it...she said we ONLY see people by appointment and insure auto and home owners combined, not JUST auto. Excuse me for being so crazy! Do not give these people your money.

I called their office and then someone called me back. The lady was not in the best of moods to discuss my current insurance requirement in detail (maybe coz it was already time for them to close)... and instead guided me to contact other insurance companies!! Of course, that's the next thing I wud do anyways! Lol!!Did not hear enough for me to complete that I was looking to switch over insurance companies for ALL my policies, not just the one I started conversation with. Well,not only did she lose potential business, she made me wary of contacting agents without someone's reference in future.Well, there are plenty of insurance agents in town that need your business, go to them!!
