*update 2/13/24 Since this is closer to my place, this would be the go to Tmo but wow, it has gone down the drain. There are still some good people here but majority of them either don't know what they're doing or rude when you know what you want and decline everything else. They will try to get out of helping you at all if it doesn't seem like they can sell or upsell you something. Very disappointing but there's a reason it's rated so low on Yelp... Kept 2 stars because there are still some good people working here. You'll know who they are within a few minutes or taking to them. Lol Love this place. They are very helpful and friendly. While they do try to occasionally upsell you, it's fine since it's part of their job to do so. However, they are never forceful.

Went in earlier today to upgrade my phone of seven years after checking the website and making sure everything would go smoothly. This was the nearest store to my house so I went in after calling ahead asking if the phone was in stock and they said yes, once I came in the lady working at the front appear to roll her eyes before helping seeming like she didnt want to do her job. I let her know what I was here to do and she went and grabbed another person this time a guy who inspected the phone for about five minutes and then said that one of the scratches on the phone was too deep to get credit towards my upgrade. He proceeded to tell me that I had two options, one to pay the phone in full. And two, two buy two more phone lines which I had no use for just so I could get an upgraded phone, which wasnt even the one I was looking for. I later called to see if I can get a replacement for my current phone so it would be in better condition and the tech-support Help me do that and even cited with me about the worker seeming like they didnt want to do their job and told me that the scratch shouldnt have anything to do with upgrading as the only important factors would be cracks and water damage. A completely unprofessional experience, whether they like their job or not a worker, should do their best to help the customer and this store failed at doing so. I wouldve rated the store zero stars, if possible, do not recommend going in. You will most likely waste your time

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a T-Mobile store . I went to the store to get a screen protector replacement. The store rep. I believe her name was Keanna She said that they didnt have any screen protectors for my phone while already helping out another family. I had already looked around the store and seen that they had the screen protector I needed. She refused to even open up my account to see if I have the insurance on my phone to replace a screen protector. When I had asked her to go into my account and check the memos, she said that the memos was down, and she was unable to access them, but because Ive worked at T-Mobiles in the past, I know that you can access the memos, by simply entering the account, which she continued to refuse to do .Then, without even opening up my account, she put me on the phone with their district manager Edwin who was extremely disrespectful and refused to help me out. He continued to tell me lies so that they can finish with the activation they are working on. The district manager continue to tell me it was a System issue, and that he couldnt assist me when I had already let him know this is an issue that Ive been experiencing and Ive reached out to Customer Care all the representative needed to do was open the account and check the memos, which she continue to refuse to do because it wasnt going to benefit her sales in the end . The district manager straight up told me that the memos dont matter so anything that Customer Care puts in your account does not matter inside of the retail store. If the representative did not want to assist me because she was busy with another customer, she should have never approached me like she was ready to help. I honestly would not come to the store if you need help with troubleshooting or a screen protector because they only care about their activations. The district manager told me on the phone that he was going to enter my account and put a note on there. I let him know please do not access my account without me being there I do not give him permission, so if you continue to do so, I will be following up with corporate T-Mobile about you guys accessing my account without the proper authorization. When I had left the store, one of the representatives proceeded to follow me out of the store trying to speak with me. I let her know that we are no longer in the store and theres no need to finish this conversation. I asked her multiple times to leave me alone, but she continue to speak to me at that point I did feel threatened, and I thought her, stepping out of the store was unprofessional and a bit threatening for her to follow me out of the store when Im no longer seeking service with them
