I worked with Asma to obtain removal of condition for my green card and a divorce. It was a difficult matter as the other party was not cooperating. Asma at Merchant Law firm helped me to take care of both matters in an efficient way without costing me a lot of money. my partner and i hired Asma Bashir to type up a Business Purchase Agreement so we can solidify our purchase of a business. First and foremost we paid 1500.00. On day that i had to go get agreement notarized i realized she misspelled sellers last name and the business address was in correct also page number was not correct. My partner came to her in a friendly fashion and she went into a rage stating that we changed the documents. Why would we do that we are professional business men? I heard her in background with my partner telling him to go see an attorney if we wanted a refund of $1200.00. We understood she spent time on this so we were only asking for what is the right amount back for her error. Very unprofessional would never recommend her to anyone. I wish there was a negative 5 stars rather just 1 star.

This review is only for ASMA BASHIR!!!She was actually referred by a family friend to us. She charged us $1500 for Sales Agreement which she sent to me and my partner in email. Minor mistake were made which made it even more difficult for us to close the deal with seller. No communication and when my concern was addressed she said some one made these changes. I asked her to refund us $1200 of the fee she declined and asked me to hire another attorney. Would not recommend her at all !!!
