I really appreciate everything Mr Pal Singh - Best Rate Mortgage did for me to refinance my mortgage. Pleasant to work with. He was very honest with me in every aspects, explained things very well. He will go over it & over it if you are having trouble understanding any part of the loan process.

Pal Singh at Best rate mortgage/Inzio realty in the last 2 years has helped my wife and I through 2 refinances and the financing and purchase of a rental unit. I refinanced my home with Best Rate Mortgage in March 2020. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and streamlined the whole process was compared to my previous refinance experience. The loan agent - Pal - was very upfront and transparent about the loan terms, various interest/tenure options, and cost to close. He is very professional with a no-nonsense, no-pressure personality, and has a website where one can browse for various options. Once I settled on what I wanted, his staff was very efficient in follow-up. They specified exactly which documents were needed and I was able to take care of that without any back and forth. All the disclosure document signing happened through a secure third-party website and the loan closed within a few days. I was truly impressed by the speed and efficiency of the whole process.
What really won me over was that when the interest rates dropped further, Pal contacted me proactively to inform me that I could potentially save even more. Needless to say, I immediately initiated another refinance since the last one had been so smooth and effortless. The latest refinance loan closed in August 2020, and I couldn't be more pleased with the great mortgage terms for my home loan.
