We are very very fortunate to have Vishal as our real estate agent. It is undoubtedly his great effort that gave us this beautiful dreamy house that has all the qualities that we looked for, and it would not be possible to get that house easily.
The reason for our every moment of joy now has his share in it. If we have to be grateful to anybody in our life, Vishal & Vandana stand definitely one among my top list.
So what made me to appreciate him this much. Here it goes - we were looking for a spacious house in one specific community in Mountain House for more than 1.5 year along with basic vasthu that i am picky about. I was so stressed and hopeless after long wait. Finally, the only one house that we found is this one which is beyond perfect to our taste and thoughts. It looked impossible other than wishing to get such a most beautiful, picture perfect house that had all features from my checklist and even more.
We met Vishal very first time on its open house day, further asked him to be our buyer agent. That's the best decision we took. He was very honest, dedicated to us, guiding us maximum possible to get the house with out stressing us in increasing the offer. He literally stood for us at every point when seller was not full happy with our offer. He even went beyond to cut down his agent commission only to make it adjustable to make the seller agree with our proposal. What a selfless person he is. This might be part of his daily job but for us this is the life changing moment because what else can be a major goal for a family other than living in their dreamy big beautiful house.
Had he ever thought to wait for one more week, this house would NOT be ours as many buyers approached him with better offers after our deal was closed the next day it was put in the market. He never thought selfish at that time and was so honest and sticked to us rather than thinking about his commission.
Our whole family blessings will be with Vishal and Vandana. One last sentence to conclude - He is truly our God sent person

Vishal did a great job assisting us during the home buying process and helping us close on a beautiful home which we cherish. His skill set, knowledge and social skills really stand out. During the home buying process He was able to always share with us detailed pros and cons of each property we viewed with him.
