For many years I was filing my Tax Return in this place. They seemed to me to be serious, simple and respectful people. They inspired me a lot of confidence.
One day I moved to another city not far away, but I continued acquiring their services for the reasons already mentioned.
This year, like the previous ones, about a month before the deadline, I contacted Jorge and asked him if he could do my Taxes, to which he replied that of course he could, that I should send him photos of the forms and the information. necessary. I sent them and accepted having received them.
Days...weeks passed, and I did not receive a message from him letting me know that they were already done, so I sent him messages, then I called him to tell me if he would be able to do them, and if not, to find another place. He never answered me.
Still, I waited until 2 days before the deadline, and nothing. I had to do them with someone who charged me more.
My annoyance is not that he couldn't, didn't want to, or didn't have time to do them. I am a very fair person and capable of understanding people's needs. My annoyance is that he made me wait and waste my time unnecessarily, when from the beginning he could have told me that I couldn't do them.
I think here we need to understand that people are valuable for having a say.
