        The driver wouldn't take the time to offload my freight. I offered a cart and he said he wasn't allowed to do that. That I needed to get a forklift and offload it myself. I spoke to the dispatch office and they had no better answers for me. So they left with my freight. I have never had this happen where a driver wouldn't even try to get the freight off the truck. I wish I knew about all these restrictions because I would have requested a different delivery company.

        These guys are amazing! The drivers are awesome. They're always on time( except when they're not). They always show up (except when they dont). Overall they are great. The ladies who answer the phone are stupendous! They have great customer service skills and always answer the phones with a pleasant voice. The all star of the group though is Michelle. Her skills are stellar! She deserves a raise. I would not be surprised if another company swoops her up she's that good. Call these guys if you need anything delivered because they are AWESOME!
