We got a great new entrance door from R & M approximately 5 yrs. ago. A year ago we had a deadbolt problem and the last month or two since all the rain we have had a problem with the door closing properly at the bottom. Both times they have promptly sent a repairman out to fix the problem. Adam provides great, friendly customer service and fixes the problem in just a few minutes. We would definitely recommend R & M for your door or window needs!
