I lived here for 15 months, and at their other property for over 4 years. While its nice on the outside and at first glance they use the cheapest materials they can find on these units. Then at move out will charge you an outrageous amount for minor wear and tear in the unit. The upper management is non existent so good luck trying to talk to someone. They do not take complaints seriously and are too worried about being politically correct rather then taking care of residents. I would suggest you really look hard before committing to something here. The $500 deposit will turn into $1500. I was a good tenant with them but obviously means nothing.
