About 20 patrons inside and out, in a mix of 3 groups working on different things.
Several people in and out while I waited for my order.
Well made Chai Latte and had option of using self order kiosk or batista.
I choose the human being the counter
Was no too moved by pastries
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pastries like brownies
Parking: Unlimited parking
Kid-friendliness: Seems kid friendly and grass knoll outside for kids to run in a community area
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

This is a lovely little place tucked away in a corner of Newbury Park. It's part of a small chain, but I have visited only this 1 location.
The coffee & food are both excellent. The service is exceptional! Our cashier brought our food out to us on the patio. The guy even brought my cousin a second glass of water when she asked for it.
I will definitely visit again!

Wonderful little neighborhood cafe. Don't expect world changing food or drinks but if you want cozy and tasty, they got you covered
