Dental hygeniest was VERY CONCERNED to make sure I was ALWAYS COMFORTABLE and in NO DISCOMFORT!!! This REALLY IMPRESSED ME!!!! My old hygeniest got you in, scraped your teeth clean with NO real concern for discomfort, and got you out so she could go on to her next patient!! Also, I NEVER HAD A LAZER DEEP CLEANING like that before!! EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH PROCEDURE even though it was VERY EXPENSIVE to me!!!!

The staff are friendly, smiling and greet you when you come in to start process of did you sign in our website so we can check you in timely manner if not they will assist you in doing the correct way..
I had cleaning done excellent service! Caring and understanding and gentle when cleaning.

RUN, DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE DENTSIT OFFICE
Let me start by saying I had been going to this dentist office for almost 7 years, but in the last few years noticed a VERY negative change to the staff and operations of this dental office. Im not sure what happened, BUT after my last visit I didnt even make it past the guard at the front desk (Lupe I believe), before I vowed never to step one foot back in this horrible place. As soon as I walked in and Lupe looked up at me with a frown on her face, I instantly remembered why I didnt like coming here anymore. She is the WORST person to have at that front desk. This is the most horrible noncustomer focused business Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She was soooo RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and COMPLETELY uncaring! Shes been there for a while too, so it speaks volumes to me that the management would retain someone who is so unprofessional. She is supposed to be the companys face, the first person you interact with, and they havent replaced her or retrained her. Fair warning Run away!!!!!
UPDATE: The "owner" replied to my review - "Call us so we can discuss". So I did. No one answered the phone (which is typical) and was on hold for 10 minutes. No one ever picked up my call (typical), and I wont bother leaving a message that won't be returned (typical). So sad! I loved this office before, BUT not anymore.
