Abel Luevano was my technician and I couldnt have been more pleased. Clogged upstairs toilet, water everywhere including downstairs bedroom. A complete disaster. NextGen to the rescue. Abel quoted me a price, removed the toilet to clear the clog with the medium snake and with that also suggested replacing the angle stop valve. Put it all back together within an hour. Expensive? You bet. Work was done fast and clean. Thats the difference between the Pros and the Joes. Thank you Abel!! You rock!!!

The guys that came out were very efficient and showed us what was wrong with our unit: They tested it and also checked everything on the roof, also took the time to show us the pictures of the damage that they found on our unit. very friendly and good customer service.

Never received a call for the guy to come out but he came and everythings good. Then the A/C guy is here now. Never received a call on this either. Hopefully everything is good. They are still here. Everybody has been very nice

It was a pleasure to meet such professional technician as Jesse. Great communication, immaculate clean uniform, quick analysis and honest diagnosis of the problem with my heater. No obvious pressures toward expensive upgrades. Very impressive. NexGen is a great company I definitely deal in the future.
