The worst medical facility I've ever experience. I was referred by my doctor, this office never answers their phone. They finally got back to me and we scheduled in a procedure for a colonoscopy. I was given the prep medicine, and instructions. The day before the procedure, AFTER I finished drinking a gallon of the solution that basically made me sick, they called me and said they had to cancel because team members quit and left a mess behind them. Not only did they call after I drank it per their instructions, the manager at the time who was very condescending said "you're going to survive you can do it another time".They never followed back up to schedule me back in, if you get reffered here, go back to your doctor and ask for someone else.

I would not go there if they were free. No options to give no stars.

They moved to Los Alamos in simi which is impossible to find out as they didn't change address in Google.  Even phone number is wrong. A misprint! Dr Fan is super nice but that it. When I checked in for colonoscopy I was a mess. No details necessary but basically in puddles dripping everywhere. Then they told me I had to wait  and no one knew how long. I was so embarrassed so I asked if I could sit somewhere else. I guess I looked pitiful so they moved me up in line. I'm in the operating room , no one said a word, asked how I was doing or even introduced themselves. Not dr fan but a totally strange dr. Total silence until I fell asleep. No one even offered me a drink after the procedure. Nurse Hong was the only kind and considerate person and even brought warm blankets. If there is a next time, I would never go back Thanks also to Cynthia who patiently listened to me and encouraged me to tell Dr Fan and the following nurse. This was a nightmare from beginning to end

If I could rate zero starts I would. This place is beyond a disaster. The procedure directions are photocopied from the 90s and are complete with all the wrong directions for their current medications and requirements. They even tell you that one the the prescriptions they are giving you most likely cant be filled since no one carries it anymore (I called SIX pharmacies). The wait was almost 2 hours, no one answers the phone, emails or returns even urgent phone calls. Why would you trust a body part to these people??

If I were dying (literally) I would not go back to this group of doctors. The doctor I saw showed no interest in the symptoms I was relating to him. He kept getting up while I was talking to leave the room and I had to keep raising my voice a bit so that he would come back and finish listening to what I was saying.  It's not like I had a big list of things. Then the colonoscopy was scheduled. The paper work given to me by the gal at one of the counters, showed they had verified with my insurance company that the procedure was approved and in the spaces on this paper; "your co-pay/deductible for your procedure was quoted as-(she wrote zero"..."clinic/wgi" was written zero" again and finally "AEC/Facility, was written zero" again.  The day before I was to start the prep at home for the procedure in two days, I got a call from this doctors group that I would have to pay my co-pay in advance the morning of my procedure (which was in a day).  I explained I was not told of a co-pay at the time and there was no way I could get the money together in such a short time and advised them they would have to bill me. I was advised that they don't bill people and that all fees are due day of procedure and (in not so nice tone) I should have read the instructions regarding fees when I signed the paper they gave me.  The gal I guess never heard of how to speak to a patient. Well, I did read the paper, where all the "zero's" that were in the marked spaces for fees. And on top of that, these doctors just happen to OWN the surgical center they send their patients to. Some doctors are only about the bottom line MONEY.........and they did this the day before my procedure was to take place how nice.
