Asiri was incredible! I called at 7:05 to make sure that they were closed and not serving Italian ice any more, and Asiri said he would still serve me in 40 minutes (my eta). So kind and very good conversation. My friend just got a major back surgery and I wanted to bring her Ritas (her favorite treat), and I am so so grateful for the kindness of Asiri to help make it happen. I love the gelati with the tropical Italian ice!

Walk in - dont get greeted.
I say hello
Employees look bothered they have a customer
They dont respond at all
Same service level the last three times Ive been here

12/23 7pm
It was hard to find because it's inside the gas station and the guy said it was closed even though it was supposed to be open according to the online hours.
2/24 7pm
I'm here again an hour before closing and they are closed. Again. I drive here about 20 minutes from my home just for this and end up empty handed. 45 minute round trip with nothing to show for it.
If the hours need to be updated please update them!! What a waste of gas and time.
