This is my first review, had to because Paul knocked it out of the park for us. I wanted a Thousand Oaks Realtor with local knowledge to sell our home and a friend introduced us. Paul was full of energy, knowledge, up to date on staging and promoting listings. He had to deliver us some tough love at one point, I'm glad he did it and he was very respect with his communication. He has a team so we always felt covered. Our home needed some updating but he sold it for more than we were expecting. My wife and I are so happy with the whole process and that we didn't end up going with another real estate agent. Thank you Paul!
