Goodwill Retail Store & Donation Center

They do not offer a fitting room to try items on (Ive been to other good Will locations that have fitting rooms) and the return policy is no returns only exchanges. You cant really exchange items that arent carried in multiple sizes. I ended up putting most of the stuff I was going to get back at the register. Which the cashier was pretty rude about. I would recommend maybe posting this policy in a more conspicuous place.

I love shopping and donating at the Goodwill. Doing both helps our environment and you save money.

Ive been shopping at this location for quite awhile ,this afternoon I was looking at some cds on a cart they just put out my husband hands me one (Led Zep IV) for 2.99. I tell him thats too expensive and put it back. from Behind me an employee who is stocking ( woman with long stringy hair) interupts us telling us we are wrong and they go for a lot on eBay . we tell her they are not so she gets unhinged and tells us we are mean??? She interupted someone elses conversation that has nothing to do with her and tries to start an argument but we are the ones being mean. then as as she walks away mumbles then you can leave. which we heard and is the reason for this review, otherwise we would have just let it go.

The store has nice stuff for cheap prices. The staff was nice and helpful. Clean and lots cool interesting things buy. Kids clothes. Books, men wear. Women wear. Shoes. Close to freeway too.
