Pacific Premier Bank

This used to be a Bank full of intelligent people who knew banking and how to take care of customers, both business and personal. Recently, like so many other banks who offer less services for your deposited money, PP started with the fees for statements nonsense. When I questioned them about this and pointed out that they don't charge that fee for personal accounts, the bank rep stated it was because business accounts take more copies of paper for the front/bank of the checks. I thought this was funny and telling at the same time but didn't bother to respond as I knew the level of intellect I was dealing with. She had no idea that the check copies were brought on by her own bank's policies when they stopped sending my processed checks and went to copies only. Are they saving trees ? Am I not worth a stamp ? Either way, I just closed my accounts, far too many banks out there who will treat you right.

The team members at the Pacific Premier Newport Beach Branch have incredible customer service. They are extremely, friendly, helpful, and highly efficient. All of your inquiries and needs will be taken care without the wait!!! I recommend banking at this location with Britney's team, 100%.

Love this bank and the people who work there! Issues are resolved quickly, the tellers are quick with deposits, everyone is super nice and treats me like family. A few more grape DumDums would be cool, but I couldn't ask for a better banking experience, keep it up yall!
