This company bought ge johnson and ge johnson is also part oes now and I Worked for this company in Colorado Springs as a mechanic since oes is there new rental company they went to garbage they accused me of 2 things that were absolutely not my fault and another was something the company would not provide me with the proper tools to do diagnostic they accused me of having a Forman put the tracks on meaning I told him to when in all reality the Forman called me and told me he put the tracks on and he ripped them wasnt my fault at all so they fired me for that one reason and another was because a 333g skid steer was doing a regen and I told the operator to let it run and dont shut it off something that is also protocal by John deer to tell there clients and it got plugged and they said that was my fault worst company to work dont be a mechanic or a driver for this place they say there family owned and there not I was about to go on paternity leave as well and that may have been another reason why they let me go because they didnt want to pay for my time dont ever work for this company anyone just a disrespectful company Brien is a lier about many things to many people Arlen and the hr lady kristi dont now how to protect there people managment all around just sucks and they get on me for it and taking a break when another mechanic gets to work 9 hours every day and get over time and also gets to take as many smoke breaks as he wants lots of flaws about this place also dont count on a tool allowance one of my tools broke and in my initial interview with Brien and Arlen I asked about a tool allowance they said they didnt have one but they could help with fixing or replacing tools and that was another lie because they said they forgot the conversation taht we had but its ok to have a fuel truck with all the proper tools wrenches sockets everything that was provided by the company again beware this company is full of lies and they arnt family orientated
