I work for a huge Real Estate company and I called Mr. McCarthy Personally and emailed he didnt reply nor the day he was coming he sent someone who was Stephen who I felt extremely unconfident about. I have had several people at me house and they did the same ( except Stephen) after sending reports and making calls the office girl Dawn says she's responded numerous occasions I have two emails where I sent the reports. We run a big business here and their unprofessionalism was horrible . They declined my job today after no response I was told By Stephen which I was to get in two days from June 15 initially Rob Was supposed to come the 8th ( he ignored email and didnt return call. So the day of the 15th He sent Stephen who was unqualified in my book I had a contractor there and I feel he knew more. I missed work for Stephen then they blamed on Holiday weekend why they cant reply to the numerous reports I sent ! We arere now a week out of that! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED COMMUNICATION it was a waste of time! They said its not normal but I will let every realtor Know not to use them!!!
