Beware. The most horrible guy you will ever hire....
I hired Chad Fogle to build a balcony. After he started his work, I realized that he doesnt have his own team. What he does is that he scrambles people, who have other jobs on weekdays, to work on the weekends at our project. He keeps talking about "my guys" but he doesn't have any. He is a small timer thug who just works on waterproofing coating. He doesn't have a contractor license and he have a business card that falsely says his office in Newport beach. For the balcony he said it will take 2-3 weeks and he was not able to finish in 4 months. He used to disappear for weeks and show up randomly some days and do a little work and kept promising that just a few more days and we would be done. He is one of those people who over promise and under deliver.
I hired another licensed contractor and told me that the way Chad built the balcony is wrong. The structure is not code compliant and it's unsafe to be used as a balcony.
He only accepts cash, so he doesn't have to report his income to the IRS.
Calling himself waterproofing expert where he can't even do that properly. Checkout the pictures, recent rains made the water leak in, and the carpet was drenched. Service: Deck construction

A friend recommended Chad and his team to repair my balcony that was leaking into my garage. Chad responded right away and within hours was here to survey what would be needed. It had been leaking for quite some time, and had been repaired before but it just kept leaking. Not this time! Made it through these last few rains without any issues. The guys were friendly, polite, showed up when they said they would. As the work started, more damage was found but I was always consulted about any additional work. Chad looked for ways to help keep the costs within budget. Everything was handled friendly and professionally. Thanks guys!!! Reasonable pricing and communicated extremely well throughout the process of fixing my leaking 500 square foot balcony. Have had no issues after a year of heavy rains. Honest and hard working.

I hired Chad to waterproof my parents side yard. They are older and I was worried about their safety with the slick concrete. He waterproofed it and made it all anti-slip. He was also super friendly, my parents raved about him, and he also cleaned up more than he was even responsible for. His prices and attitude were great. I will defintely use him and recommend him to everyone I know. Good job and thank you!
