      image My shirt got unrepaireble shredded at the sleeve. I know it was not that way when I dropped it off.

      Hi Ramon,we are sorry you feel that we damaged your shirt, but after reviewing our surveillance footage, I can assure you that it came into the store that way. Our counter employee notices the damage and keep it in the store until you pick it up. If you can see on the bottom of the invoice reads: "REJECTED". The shirt was never send to be clean.
