I love this store. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. The owner is the sweetest and a total professional .I have know and worked with the owner and the employees for over 8 years. Everyone has shown me total respect and been extremely helpful.I just read a negative review, and felt I must respond.There is no way any of the employees would be disrespectful or intentionally rude to any customer .Time to discuss your issues with the owner in person, instead of hiding behind your phone and making awful accusations.

A bright shiny gem on Balboa Island.  Balboa Island is such a wonderful shopping experience.  The cute shops and unique dining establishments can be a day trip or a fun date night.  Sur La Mer is a must see.  They have a lot of unique brands to shop.  My personal favorite is the Spartina Handbag Collection.  All my purses and  even my luggage is from the brand.  Great quality and fun- this is where you can purchase the newest collection pieces.  They have a large selection of Volcano products.  My favorite hand lotion is here and I purchase the soaps and lotions as hostess gifts. If you love Nora Fleming then you need to stop by.  They have the largest selection of minis I've ever seen in one place.   And they stock a lot of the plates, serving dishes, and platters.  The lazy susan is a dream piece of mine.  You will find the perfect gift here and you can treat yourself to an amazing treat.  The staff are helpful and kind.  They will wrap your package for free!  If you go by during the holiday season they have an exclusive Duffy Boat Glass Christmas ornament with either Newport Beach or Balboa on the back.  I just gave you a gift idea!

This is a store you must stop in to see the most unique and awesomely fun and beautiful items for yourself or a gift for someone else !! If you love mermaids and unique items this is the store. This store is unlike any other in Balboa.....you will love this store !!! Amazing !!

This is THE cutest store on the strip!  My eyeballs popped out when we walked by one evening...kinda like in a cartoon.  It just didn't make the horn sound.  Lol.My husband bought a sweet, delicate necklace for me, though it took me 30 minutes to decide because every area I walked to, I saw something else that I liked!  My kids, ranging from 8 to 13 years old, even enjoyed the store.  There are wonderful gift items here, and many of my friends came to mind when I was shopping.  If we weren't starving for dinner, we probably would've spent even more time here.
