Nancy was my realtor for selling my home and for buying my next home. She is very involved thru each process and pitches in to help wherever she can. Even after the sale she is there to assist. She also has great sources to make these transitions go smoothly. I would recommend her as a realtor anytime.

Nancy is so patient. I was working with her in finding a buyer for my house and immediately found a new home for me when an offer came in. She was very helpful with the escrow process and took the time to explain everything. She has a gentle manner and an easy-goingness about her. However, she can still be a gentle giant when it's called for in dealing with other agents and/or professionals involved in the process. She also stays with you even after escrow has closed, which is greatly appreciated.

We had worked with Nancy in the past so we contacted her to get an idea of our home value in anticipation of selling. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely informative. Although we were not quite ready to sell, Nancy was patient and followed up frequently with updated market data and current sales activity. We never felt stressed or pressured, just informed. When we were ready to sell, we did not want an open house or sign in the yard. Through her network of agents and buyers, Nancy was able to find a buyer, get more than we expected for our home and negotiated to let us stay in the home for several month afterward! She took care of everything from start to finish with very little involvement from us. She was also able to help us find our next home quickly in a crazy market.
