Dough and Rachael are so wonderful and they are expert on marketing and sales. When we were selling our house we were not in the states, but we managed to communicate well on WeChat everyday, and they helped us sell the house in a very good price by hosting several open house parties, posting videos on YouTube, sending fliers to the neighborhoods, etc, and they made the selling process so smoothly by preparing everything ahead. We are so grateful that we found them as our sales agent, and the selling price for our house broke the record in Quill Hill. If you have a house in lrvine, Newport, Laguna, go for them! I am sure that you will be happy that your house can be sold in a remarkable price! We had a great experience working with Chris, Rachel and Dough! Chris helped us find our perfect home and represented and supported us during the process of buying our home, which was like a breeze.
