Update 4 years Things have gone downhill. Management change and their new construction has disrupted life in our apartments at the Gramercy in Vegas. Incredibly noisy, incredibly dirty, still expensive and no sense of community that was pushed so hard by Ray and James. We started planning and saving to move away. ______________ Original review: Been living at the Gramercy in Vegas for one and a half years. Absolutely no problems. Any hiccups were solved pretty much instantly by the team. Extremely happy to have found this place, the place is beautiful, the grounds are always clean, maintenance is helpful and quick. Ray & James have built an incredible experience and we're not planning on leaving any time soon.

My father used to live at their LB location Paloma. Was forced to move because of bed bugs in his apartment not only his but many more. And owner is aware if it. My dad was forced to Sale his car and two couches and compay won't work with him. Now holding 3200 deposit for full 21 days my dad is now in the streets. People don't move in this location
