        Took my sister there yesterday who was visiting. I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the two Sales Associates were towards her. Not only did she but my niece her bday gift.  She ended up getting something for herself. They not only helped her choose a gift but were so kind towards her. This is not always the case at Fashion Island.  Living her for 20 plus years , sadly , I don't usually see this type of Customer Service. These you girls were exceptional! Thank

        The customer service at this store is non existent. TERRIBLE.  I tried to return a dress I bought before Christmas.  It needed alterations. Due to me having 10,000 receipts after Christmas shopping I had misplaced this one. All of my information was in their computer system. They knew I had purchased the item.  The manager pushed the dress back at me from across the counter and said "Sorry there is nothing we can do". What?  How archaic of a system do they have? i've never had this problem at any store a Fashion Island. This was a first. I will never, ever shop at a Lily Pulitzer store again as long as I live. Does anyone need a red dress size 6?
