I would not recommend this site for no reason whatsoever! unless they clean up their act.  They will present you with their documents and tell you over the phone you owe them for more money.  My mother in law Deed to her property was not complete correctly and they wanted to charge us 450.00 for something that should be at the expense of the title company.  I should know I used to work for one.  It is called due diligence.  In this world everyone should be compensated for their time and work but not take advantage.  I don't ever post things like this but this company needs to be accountable, at least in the eyes of G.. everything counts.

I misplaced my copy of a document they produced.  (Definitely my fault.)  They claim to have copies of everything needed to recreate the document (questionnaire, etc.), which would save them time, but they still want the same price to recreate it as charged to create it.  I think it's suspiciously convenient that they saved what they need to make them $, but not what they need to save me $.  Thanks, but no thanks.

this company offers no help when I was searching for information on my grandfather trust. I'm his only grandchild in everything I know for sure was left to me. at the time of my grandfather death I was only 15 years old so I was not able to claim anything. I explained to this company that the executor of the trust did not do her job and they basically told me the only way they can help me is if I pay for their services. from my understanding that's my grandfather was trying to do when he drafted a trust with my name in it. if you're looking for company to make sure your last wishes are executed at the time of your death DO NOT USE this company.
