My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

My husband and I and now my 3 kids all come to this dental office. We have all had wonderful experiences with the dentist and pediatric dentists. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you for making us all feel comfortable!

Normally i hate going to the dentist, its always confusing to me due to insurance, and on top of that i have three kids, and i always wonder if the staff will be patient and kind to them. Well this location has offered the best experience to my family all around. From the front office ladies, to the dental assistants, and the pediatric dentist, they are all great!! Our first visit there, the front desk ladies greeted us and my daughter right away started talking to them and they kindly went along with her conversation. In the back, the dental assistants were super friendly they made sure that my kids felt comfortable, they weren't rushing at all. My middle son has had multiple procedures due to a kidney issue, he was more anxious during this visit but the dental assistant never showed signs of frustration, instead she was patient, understanding, and she took her time to finish his cleaning. I want to say thank you to the front desk ladies, for taking their time to answer insurance questions from my husband and I, and for always helping with any of our concerns. I would recommend this location to any family looking for a new permanent dentist for their children. I would give more stars if I could!

Genuinely kind people in the front and the dentists are all great! Fixed up my kids teeth so quickly and were so honest with pricing

Took my 3 year old in for her first visit today, and I was so worried she would scream. The staff was absolutely amazing and so patient with her. The hygienist (I wish I knew her name, the sweetest!) took her time showing my girl all the tools before she used them, and she wasn't scared at all! The dentist, "Dr. Marshmellow," sang cocomelon songs with her as she counted her teeth. I will forever be bringing my girls here. Thank you for giving both of my girls such positive experiences and making them want to come back.

We have been taking our 3 children (some now teens) to My Kids Dentist in Norco for years. Dr. Marcelo and team are wonderful. My Kids Dentist in Norco exceeds all our expectations. Dr. Marcelo is incredibly skilled and has a natural way with children. She always takes the time to explain the procedures in a kid-friendly manner, ensuring that my children feel comfortable and understand what is happening. She has a gentle approach, which helps alleviate any anxiety. The dental hygienists and assistants are equally amazing. They are patient, kind, and interact with my children throughout the appointment. They make it a point to demonstrate proper brushing and flossing techniques, using props and models to make it fun and interactive. One of the standout features of this dental clinic is the child-friendly treatment rooms. They are decorated with vibrant colors and have themed decorations. The presence of watching a movie on the ceiling above the dental chair is a clever distraction technique during the procedures, and allows my children to be thoroughly entertained/distracted. Dr. Marcelo and the team are exceptional when it comes to pediatric dentistry. They create a positive and comforting environment, making every effort to ensure a pleasant experience for kids. If you're looking for a dentist who specializes in treating children, I highly recommend My Kids Dentist in Norco. They truly understand the unique needs of young patients and provide top-notch dental care in the most enjoyable way possible.
