        Carlos Matthews and Proline Plumbing were fantastic. They were assigned to a home warranty service request I submitted for a malfunctioning shower valve. Carlos came out on a Monday (the day after I submitted the request!) to assess the problem and determine what parts he would need to order. By Friday he was back with the necessary parts and everything pre-authorized with my home warranty company to complete the work. Within 30 minutes the job was done and everything works great now! Communication was great through the entire process. I highly recommend Carlos and Proline for any plumbing needs. Service: Shower repair
