    Worst company ever. Wanda is liar she is an extremely shady individual and definitely not to be trusted. She was the management company of my unit which was a very good friend of hers. The unit had mold mice leaky bathrooms electrical issues leaky roof and ceiling with extreme habitability issues in the home and instead of fixing the unit they went for an eviction. I was in a domestic violence program which rent was being paid by the organization even with the issues in the home and now they have left myself and family in grave danger by having me put out of the home instead of fixing the issues and having me in a safe place. I would not recommend this company to anybody. I would recommend if you do choose this company then DO NOT have any correspondence with them by phone cover yourself and interact with them via text or email for your protection and evidence. Wanda told me they would be putting myself and family in a hotel while they fixed the home 2 days later I was told they were not going to do that and they filed an unlawful detainer. Horrible horrible horrible and Wanda needs to be ashamed of herself for her part in the entire situation and putting a family in danger. You took over the property in February. I allowed everybody in the home that came to assess the issues in the home. No contractors ever came to do ANY OF THE REPAIRS only to assess the home. WHO I DID NOT ALLOW IN THE HOME WAS THE DAUGHTER BECAUSE SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO SHUT THE WATER OFF. I was not given 60 days notice when u wanted me out at the end of February beginning of March. My lease was up in April however the owner had verbally agreed on August since the organization was paying through August. Rent was stopped when I was served with an unlawful detainer. Last rent payment was in April I was given the unlawful detainer in the middle of April. This was retaliation because of the first code enforcement report on the property. She has numerous code enforcement violations and citations. Wanda had a Notice to enter the dwelling unit on the front door that said nothing about contractors workmen or owners representatives. You thought you were going to bully your way in the home. Why did you need 6 people at the home if it was going to be just the owners family member. You tried to intimidate me with all these people. It's a 2 minute 1 person job. You are STILL LYING and since I can post pictures I will post text messages and videos to prove myself so don't play with me you guys are wrong on so many levels.

    I trusted Wanda as a property manager with my property for 20 months while I moved out of state for work. I came back to my home destroyed by tenets. Using my back yard as a dumping ground for their construction company, garage turned into a chicken coop for thousands or chickens. Built Permanent structures with cement floors on my property. Goats killed my trees. Horses/cows destroyed the horse stalls along with eating a 3 foot hole in my barn and destroying my neighbors fence. The manure was never cleaned the entire time the tenants lived there. The interior of my house had every mirrored closet door destroyed shower doors ruined every sink is ruined and all need to be replaced. Tenets removed and added electrical where they felt they needed it. My washer and dryer were stolen windows were broken out. The outdoor sprinkler system and electrical system was removed. They changed the paint color on the pool house. The floors were ruined by the amount of urine that was left to dry on the tile that it calcified and destroyed the tile along with rusting all Metal tracks of closets and ruining every baseboard in the house. When I address my concerns to Wanda her response was we did our job. I have asked her liability insurance information to help cover my losses and she refuses to give them to me. There was a $500 pet deposit for each pet on my property and none was refunded To me. Even after the animals ate my molding and baseboards destroyed windows and walls .The odor of animal urine and filth made my house uninhabitable for over a month after the tenants moved out. The home was overrun by rats, fleas, mice, snakes, and gophers.Wanda continued to pay herself even when the tenants did not pay. I have pages I could write about the level of neglect experience by Wanda but I think this gives you a pretty good idea. She says she does walk-through at home visits she says that she does drive-bys.She did a poor Job screening my tenants and even a worse job making sure my tenants followed the lease. Never use her as a property manager.

Id like to say first off we did not manage this property. Second is you were not cooperative in letting contractors in to do the work. Please do not spread false information. You worked with the owner and the program stopped paying your rent as well to her. You were given more than 60 days to move off property instead you stayed there rent free for several months. There is 2 sides to every story but unfortunately your not telling the truth. We wish you the best.
