I have been going here for almost 10years now. I have to say the people know their stuff and are super helpful. Its like family. They always keep me up to date if they ever need anymore information. They are super honest and hard working people. Faith always keeps me up to date and I love when she always remembers what we talked about last time. Horrible Experience with Matt this year.  We had Matt do our taxes in February of this year.  We had a sale of a rental and Matt forgot to file the 593 Form to show our write offs and taxes already collected at the time of the sale.  Called Faith and she got the needed forms collected from us and they had to file an amended tax return.  It took six months for the IRS to get our 13k return..  Homes are sold everyday, why wasn't MATT aware to file this common form?  Never got so much of a "I'm sorry" or an apology from MATT.  We paid the full fee to MATT for a poor ass job....Qualified Tax Consultants never even offered a penny back to us for their poor service.  Needless to say we won't be returning or referring anyone there again.
