We understand that your time is valuable, and we are committed to providing the best service possible.We appreciate your understanding when we had to schedule your appointment for the 13th of February due to our lack of availability on the day you walked in February 10th. We're glad to hear that you arrived on time for your appointment, and we were able to promptly attend to your vehicle. At the appointment we were able to address the concerns laid out by you: the maintenance light is on, wanting a full inspection, and there was a sound coming from the front ( thinks it might be the tires ), as well as wanting the brakes checked out.Our goal is to ensure a thorough examination of every aspect, and we are pleased that we could provide you with a comprehensive overview of the condition of your car. This briefing included a full vehicle road test and inspection, removing tires, taking apart the breaks, inspecting all filters, hoses, seals, & bushings, performing a full suspension inspection, taking out spark plugs, checking transmission & brake fluid, all the lights, tire pressures, and oil level. Our time and expertise was placed into the diagnostic of the vehicle. After spending 2 hours working on the car, our only regret is not following the protocol of a diagnostic approval before the inspection. As a family-owned establishment, we have the flexibility to exercise discretion when it comes to requesting approval for inspection labor.We understand the importance of transparency and communication in such matters. That is why we created an invoice, looked up the Factory Original OEM parts gave a detailed breakdown digitally, verbally, with visual guidance, and in print-out form.In an effort to make amends, we have taken note of your concerns and will work towards improving our communication and approval processes to better serve our valued customers in the future.Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, if you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
