These guys are outside of above fantastic.
In short, the car was wrecked and beaten, we didnt know who to go to, Allstate sent us to First Class Collision. The car came back in PERFECT CONDITION!!!!!
LOOKS NEW!!!!
Looks brand new to the point that we are driving careful and wont eat or leave trash in the car (You know what Im talking about)!
Not only do they know how to fix cars, they know how to take care of people. I called Id get answers to my questions, and they worked with the insurance seamlessly!!
We are so lucky to have this company and these staff/auto experts in our San Fernando Valley, they are true gems!
I give them 5 diamonds.

I feel this place always welcome you and does a good job . I needed to replace the under cover on my Kia niro , it was expensive ordering this part from the mechanic shop , so George one of the administrators offered me to order the part myself online and save me many bucks.
He was right I ordered the part online $100 less and came back to the store for installation .After spending 10minutes ,my car was ready and the part was installed .They didnt even want me to pay for the labor. I insisted. What a pleasant place . Not much to see these days.

I got into a car accident and my good friend Ricardo recommended I take my Audi to First Class Collision. He put me in contact with George, he was very communicative throughout the process! He made the process stress free. Overall my car looks brand new, the crew that worked on my car were great with detail. Thank you to George and his team! 5 stars
