My recent visit to Dr. Arsen Kalpakchian's dental practice left me deeply dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience. First and foremost, the scheduling process was a nightmare. It took me numerous calls to even get through to someone at the front desk, and when I finally secured an appointment, I was given a date that was weeks away. This wait was unacceptable, especially for someone in need of urgent dental care. Upon arrival at Dr. Kalpakchian's office, I was greeted by a cramped and dingy waiting area. It lacked the cleanliness and ambiance one would expect from a professional healthcare facility. The receptionist seemed disinterested and barely acknowledged my presence, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. My interaction with Dr. Kalpakchian himself was equally disappointing. He exhibited a lack of professionalism and seemed disengaged throughout my appointment. He rushed through the examination, providing minimal explanation about the procedures he was performing and offering no comprehensive diagnosis or treatment plan. It was clear that he did not prioritize patient education or comfort. During the procedure, I experienced significant discomfort and pain, which I repeatedly tried to communicate to Dr. Kalpakchian. Instead of addressing my concerns, he appeared impatient and disregarded my discomfort. It was a distressing and painful experience that should never happen in a dentist's office. Furthermore, the financial aspect of the visit was problematic. Dr. Kalpakchian's billing practices were unclear, and I felt like I was charged excessively for services that were neither adequately explained nor justified. It left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of. In summary, my experience with Dr. Arsen Kalpakchian was far from satisfactory. The unprofessionalism, lack of patient care, and questionable billing practices were disheartening. I strongly recommend seeking dental care from a more competent and compassionate provider who prioritizes patient well-being and ensures a better overall experience.
