I had my first visit on June 6, 2017 and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. I found the staff to be extremely nice and efficient, and Dr. Cristina Machain not only made me feel very comfortable during my exam, but she was very thorough in explaining the upcoming dental procedures I would need. If you are looking for a dental office that doesn't make you feel like "just another patient," I would recommend that you consider Gershfield Family Dental Group for all your dental needs. Joan

WOW - the dentist NEVER came in to say hello. RUDE!!! Her staff was EXTREMELY RUDE - talking about "this isn't covered' and "that isn't covered"..."you only have a HMO". They charged me for a basic teeth cleaning that they say wasn't basic for $150. Although, by the demeanor of the staff and inconsiderate nature of the 'dentist' - I wouldn't expect anything more from basic b!t@h*s. #Thieves #poormanners #haters They don't have the ability to do endodontic work (root canal) in their office so they wanted me to do the services that they are able to preform for the sake of money rather than the sake of the health and well being of their patients. That's F'd up!! The office is open on weekends but, "we don't accept HMO patients on weekends." There is a special place in hell for people like this!! It must be hard being such a B!T@H 24 hours a day! I don't recommend this place to ANY ONE!!!
