Horrible hotel my family had to experience the last couple days, disgusting rooms , no seats or. Chairs , no working toilets , bad customer service , no parking , you will not feel welcome here and its over Priced save your money and go somewhere else this place was nasty !
Only good thing its close to Universal but not worth it ,

Bad. No heater, no elevator for handicap, no chairs, no microwave, shower head shooting water up over the curtain. Suspicious activity going on....... To say the least.

Dirty, no blankets, no heater in room. Front desk staff not helpful at all. No phone in room and front desk wouldn't answer a call. I'm disabled and had to go up and down stairs to figure out we paid over $100 for a room covered in burns with no air. Ridiculous.
