I wish a star was not necessary to give a review. I cant provide a review on the agency, however I can provide a review on an employee. Alejandra has horrible attitude she should not be working with the public until her mannerisms improve. I had to change agents to continue with my current Farmers policy. If she is an employee she needs better training, if she is a relative or owner she needs to reevaluate her attitude. The customers are heart of a business without customers there is no business. Miss Alejandra needs a reality check to humble her self. If possible avoid her.

A friend of mine had referred me to this company when I recently bought my car to get a good car insurance rate and I am very satisfied with it. They also have great customer service in the office with coffee always present when I go, which is a plus for a coffee addict like myself. Everyone is always friendly, I will gladly recommend this to everyone to save some money.
