We welcome and appreciate any feedback that we obtain from any potential client that contacts us for our services, although we feel that it is imperative that we add a bit of context into this particular review due to its ambiguity, fabrication and dissonance with what actually occurred. When you contacted us to inquire about a new policy for auto insurance, we courteously and properly advised that we presently have no market for personal auto due to current conditions that are affecting the state of California within the insurance landscape. We also advised that, although there are other carriers that could be doing new business, they may be dramatically expensive, that we do not directly work with them, in which case you would have to communicate directly to them. We get many calls per day asking about obtaining new auto insurance to which we always politely provide the exact same response, we provided to you. It is understandable how you may have misunderstood or misinterpreted what was relayed to you in the brief phone call that transpired, but please be informed that in no way, shape or form did we ever advised that “we are too expensive” for you since we essentially do not create the prices on insurance, cannot provide quotes due to market conditions as stated initially and just simply do not utilize that sort of verbatim as “we” as an agency are not the insurance carrier and do not construct nor intent to construct any premium amount directly to any potential client; the insurance carriers that we work with do. We hope this explanation can help bring light to your inquiry as we understand how frustrating it can be trying to find insurance coverage in the current times.
